We primarily work with the Housing First agreement and social housing with support, but individuals in need of training apartments, shelters, and emergency assistance may also require our apartments. The main office of Skyddsvärnet is located at Haga Kyrkogata, but the housing department has its office at Hisingsgatan 30 (near Vågmästarplatsen on Hisingen).

Most of the work is mobile, meaning you will visit individuals in their own apartments or travel between apartments. As a Case Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to be involved in individuals' processes of change.
The target group living with us often faces social vulnerability and complex issues; they frequently struggle with both addiction and mental health challenges that have significantly contributed to their homelessness.
As an applicant, you should be passionate about the target group, work relationship-building and persistently, be humble, enjoy working independently and in a structured manner, be meticulous in your work, and have a good sense of how to meet different people in difficult situations, as well as possess a pronounced ability to collaborate and cooperate with others. Regular and ongoing documentation is part of the job.
If you have completed basic training in Housing First and/or MI and LAB training, it is an advantage. A valid driver's license is required for the position. This is a permanent position starting with a probationary period.
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis during the application period.
The position is planned to be filled, if possible, in the spring of 2026. A permanent position or a longer temporary position applies to the role.
